Zopa - A friendly and supportive bank

My experience with Zopa has been nothing short of fantastic - I am yet to have a direct experience with their customer service but accessing a credit card with a credit limit that greatly helped my financial situation has been a massive help, and I could not fault a thing. The Zopa app is extremely user-friendly and shows my limit, payment dates and any other helpful information clearly and concisely which is a great asset for any bank. Not only this, but the speed at which my card was sent to me and availability of credit was super quick which was a fantastic benefit. Overall I’m more than satisfied with all of the benefits I’ve already experienced with Zopa and would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy, accessible experience!
