Easy to use App based

Chip is very easy to use, everything on the App, very succinct. Customer Service very responsive and generally come back to any query within the hour. Also very reactive to the Bank Rate changes, rather than other high street Banks who seem to be much slower to pass on any increase. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
