terrible, scam, do not use them

Absolutely terrible, the policy looks good with all of the benefits but don't be fooled by that. When it comes to the important stuff like making a claim they find every trick int he book not to pay, no one calls back, they ignore emails, pass you from pillar to post, even lied about my medical records. Really are a waste of time. Go with someone else. 5 months this has been going on, originally they forgot to process my claim then since its just been long and unprofessional. Almost seems like a scam. Edit: After prompting them today they have now denied my claim, haha these guys are terrible. Reviewed on: 18th April 2023
