Ignore formal complaints and SAR

I raised a formal complaint and despite replying several times and requesting a SAR they have ignored me. Astonishing isn't it. What is crazy is that I sent two emails ,one regarding the complaint and one about another matter and they replied to the other one but blatantly ignored the complaint despite the strict regulations in places governing credit card providers. On that basis I don't have much good to say. A SAR is a legal requirement, not something you can pick or choose whether to answer. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
