Worst Comany to reach

Our policy lasted 5 days. A complete waste of time and effort. They never sent the documents out and didn't answer questions about the actuakl cover amount for the buildings insurance.. Spoke to 14 people in INDIA, PHILIPINEs and CANADA, but nobody knew or could answer anything. It says 'unlimited', but then their policy summary says £261k. Our Bank won't advance our mortgage now because they say it has to state a minimum of £450k. 2 days before completion, and its impossible to reach anyone to answer the cover question. Admiral sucks the big one. We are cancelling it imediately and going elswhere. Stop using third-world companies to answer your phones and enquiries, who haven't got the first clue about the products.
