Loan Application

When we received our pre approval we checked that all information was correct with the consultant. He said all would be okay as long as the documents lined up. They also required us to take out comprehensive insurance on a vehicle we do not own. Sent all the documents they requested. Waited 4 days with no contact. Rang them and they refused the application. Only found out because we rang them. They had not even progressed with the application. Would not have worried if they had told me at the beginning of the week that they could not do it. No impressed. If applying for a loan expect poor service. Reviewed on: 20th April 2023
