Felt the need to write 2nd review as it has now been 13 months since my initial claim and have received zero resolution for what I was told was a formality. Was even paid £170 compensation by Admiral for poor complaint handling when the whole claim was only £517.00 - how does this even make sense?? A further 6m down the line and complaint still has t progressed it simply sits as open and being reviewed. Simply the worst company ever. Reviewed on: 10th October 2023

Attempted to make a claim due to the death of my father whilst on holiday, I was only looking to recover the cost of emergency flights and not the four lost days of the holiday but have been met with perpetual 30 day review period ever since, the original claim was 5th September and have still had no resolution and zero empathy along the way. I have been a frequent traveller for 30 years and this is the first claim I have ever had to make, I now find myself questioning the point of taking insurance out at all, however one thing is for sure and that is I will avoid all Admiral products and recommend friends and family do the same.
