Aggressive and rude

I purchased a car insurance policy with this company on the basis that if it had the name John Lewis on it that it would be a quality product, sadly this is not the case and I have found them to be unprofessional and very rude, it is quite disappointing. I will be avoiding anything John Lewis in the future Reviewed on: 26th April 2023
