Woodbridge Branch - Benny

I tried to call 2 numbers this morning (Friday 28th April)… both just rang for ages and cut to a message saying they were closed for the Bank Holiday (??) Fortunately found a number which went through directly to Woodbridge Branch and got a lovely chap called Benny. OMG - If only we could get customer service like this on every occasion we have to seek it. Benny was incredibly helpful, understanding and anything he wanted to clarify he confirmed he would email me back after speaking to the necessary dept. After ending the call I felt the need to note this somewhere and express my gratitude and thanks for superb customer service and reassurance that all enquiries not answered will be responded to asap!
