Extremely disappointing - would rate as 0 stars if possible

I attempted to open an online savings account on 17th March. Received an email saying they they were completing security checks and would be in touch once these were completed. Contacted them via phone 2 weeks later having not heard anything and was connected to a cdll centre in India. I was told paperwork would be posted to me.
