Just great

Been with Bip now for a while. Last year I had an issue ( attempted fraud ) nothing to do with Bip just some chancer, Bip dealt with it quickly and efficiently and put my mind at ease.. Each month you receive a statement which is clear and easy to understand and they communicate with you before any credit increase to ensure your happy to have an increase and if you don't want one you just have to let them know Reviewed on: 11th May 2023
