Things that need to change

I got aware about the plan saver by one of my colleague. At first, I was really fascinated with the interest of the loan that the plan saver was providing us. I was so hopeful with the plan saver and applied for a loan. Unfortunately, the rate of interest raised massively even thou my credit score was good which crushed my hope. I would like to suggest to plan saver, please provide a customer with loan calculator first which might let us know about the exact interest rate, we will get via your well renowned platform. Other than that, it is really a good platform for us to do savings as I am doing at the moment. Reviewed on: 5th June 2023

Different loan interest

I had been given with the loan of 4%, when I was joining the plan saver. Later, when I applied it is giving me a loan of 12.4% which was really disappointing to hear because there was a big difference in percentage of loan before and after joining the saver. It will be wonderful if plan saver could tell us the exact loan interest before joining it. Thank you. Reviewed on: 12th May 2023
