Query regarding charge on land registry title

I contacted H&R regarding a mortgage we'd repaid a few years regarding a land registry charge that had not been removed. Eloise Thompson took my call and it was a delight dealing with her. I first called late on a Friday just before close of business and she was brilliant. Although I had some incorrect information she was not flustered or tried to rush because of the late hour. I later spoke to her again on Monday with the correct information and she resolved my issue within minutes. Reviewed on: 15th May 2023
