Could have been better

I ended up chasing the customer service team at payl8r around most of the time and didn’t get what I asked for, although it wasn’t entirely down to them as I ordered through sofaclub and they recommended payl8r so I thought I was getting something good. What a hassle. Didn’t deliver my sofa like they said and was given false information. Not your fault payl8r but sofaclub are the reason for my poor feedback. Because of this I would be reluctant to use again. Reviewed on: 4th August 2023
