Unacceptable business practice

Taking money from customers through automatic renewals and then forcing them to chase for a refund is not acceptable. In my case, payment was taken from my card without my knowledge or consent for a policy I no longer needed, and despite contacting customer service multiple times, I received no response. It feels like the company expects customers to give up rather than fight to get their own money back. A serious warning to anyone using this company: be very careful with automatic renewals and make sure you actively cancel anything you no longer need. Reviewed on: 15th September 2026

Awful customer service

This company doesn't pay attention to customers at all. I contacted them a number of times in different forums, but I never got replies. I got only promises that an agent will be in touch with me shortly. Awful customer service. Reviewed on: 19th May 2023
