Hidden costs.

We absolutely do not recommend Vitality Health. When using the Vitailty GP and get a referral, you get sent a claim form that needs to be sent out by the GP. However, yoy pay a fee of £100 to get a Vitality Claim form filled out, which is non refundable! Absolutely shocking. We cancelled policy immediately and will go elsewhere.
