Trying to contact & talk to customer services?

Trying to contact & talk to customer services? When you finally do get through,you are told to go the website and all your answers are there but unfortunately some like me are OAP's who are not computer literate as a lot of younger people and we are treated with o respect at all because we do not understand the instructions using the Internet? A classic example is when you are on Live chat,alot of people me included cannot text quickly and nearly always we are cut off even if we tell them that we can't text quickly,respect has gone put of the window? Credit the PayPal WAY!!

I am a 70yr old OAP and the way you can use your PayPal credit and PayPal app is so easy! I am not computer literate but even I can use the app because PayPal make it so easy to use! You can purchase goods over 12 months or if you are a little bit flush with money,pay over four months to clear your debt and pay no interest,it is so easy to make a choice and if it is a fairly large amount of credit there 12 month interest rate is very good,also one of the most important things in having a PayPal account,it is accepted through out the world, I bet you have seen that only PayPal is accepted for payment,so to me my PayPal is so very important to have and use. Getting a loan.

As I had just retired I wanted to get a newer car,I had a savings account but I was £2000 short of the amount I needed for a car I wanted,i could have got finance but the Apr was very expensive,so I thought I give vanquis a phone call because I have the vanquis visa for many years and never had a problem,I didn't even have to ask for an increase on my credit card because vanquis automatically upped my credit amount to a nice easy amount and I had more than enough credit on my card to pay the extra £2000 but I have vanquis a call,explained my dilemma and with in two days the money was in my account at a very favourable Apr, so I got my car,I have paid back the amount I owed,in fact a little than my loan was to be finished and vanquis gave me a very good settlement figure which I paid over the phone and it was so.easy to do as the staff helped all along the way, I think more companies should follow the vanquis way and there would be alot I'd people glad they chose the vanquis way? I would definitely recommend vanquis not only for loans but also for credit cards,they have cards for everyone who might think there credit score would not allow them to get a credit card but do it the vanquis way and you will be able to improve your credit score all because of Vanquis!! Give them a call and the staff are so happy to help you,it will be the best call you can make? Reviewed on: 23rd May 2023
