Appalling customer service

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Appalling customer service. Serious staffing issues making it extremely difficult to communicate with them. Phone queue goes on forever, ditto online chat. They have no email contact. I have spent days trying to cancel an scheduled renewal on my car insurance to stop them withdrawing in excess of £500 from my account. It has proved very difficult. I will never insure anything through this company again. Avoid, avoid avoid. Reviewed on: 25th May 2023
