shocking service

I had a minor knock on my car last month. Tesvo collected my car and sent it to a repair centre of their choice. The enhanced courtesy car that I pay for ended up being a downgrade. After 28 days they told me my courtesy car wasn't insured anymore but provided no replacement and now 33 days o I have no courtesy car, my car repair remains still not done and communication has been appalling. I have never in my life known a more amateurish and poor insurance company. The stress has been appalling and the negligence leaving me with no car has been immense. sadly I have now only lawyers and the ombudsman to help solve the nightmare I'm living. terrible.
