Added more credit than what I had asked for

Took a while to get my head around how it works. Second top up, I requested around £45.00 or so, when it went through, it had shot up to £90 of debt I had actually borrowed, which commits you to shopping the whole amount at Iceland, as you will have to pay back £90, whether you spend it or not. Felt totally conned and cut up my card, there and then Reviewed on: 30th May 2023

If you borrow more than what you needed to borrow, you can always email us to cancel the top up, which then allows you to go back online and top up the right amount. If you decide not to spend all the money, you can always contact us and we can deduct your loan balance with any unspent funds. Fair For You Response date: 18th July 2023
