I’ve always been dealt with politely and guided to make better financial decisions. With this it has improved my credit report! Marie at Mansfield and sally have always been excellent at customer service I wouldn’t choose a loan anywhere else! Reviewed on: 5th April 2024

Loans and credit score

I’ve been with credit union around 5-6 years first of all they loaned me money to consolidate my debts. Which I successfully managed to do. it appealed to me because I had a really poor credit score and they still loaned it me understanding my circumstances which in turn over the next few years improved my credit score massively I now have the best credit score I’ve ever had and it’s thanks to them for advising me well of how to improve it. I especially want to thank Marie from Mansfield branch has her customer service and advice are second to none! Reviewed on: 20th July 2023

I think there interest rates are affordable!
