Exceptional service

I came to the credit union after leaving a high street bank. I have now been a member for many years and have always received amazing customer service. The credit union staff have always been polite professional and by far way better than the high street bank I was with. They have always looked at my individual circumstances rather then taken a blanket approach. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023
