Absolutely soul destroying lack of service

Following a major heart event we for the first time had cause to use our Aviva healthcare insurance. It’s been awful. Every interaction is poor and phone wait times are always well over an hour. No one follows up even when they say they will. Email responses take about 10 days if at all. I honestly believe we may have had quicker response directly through the NHS. I will never insure with them again. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023
