When I have had a concern I have had quick response from Customer Service and from the relevant person that I needed to speak to.. my enquiry has always been satisfactory when being sorted out Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024

When I applied for a loan it was easy to complete the application didn't have to wait too long for the money to go into my bank. I also have savings which is also easy to do. I did have a couple of issues and these were resolved within a couple of days... customer service very polite and was very helpful, I even got call back to ensure everything was satisfactory and that I was happy with the resolution.... thank you and 10 out of 10 Reviewed on: 31st May 2023
