When my bike got stolen, I was worried I would have to deal with difficult conversations. But the Cycleplan team were on my side, really helpful and within a few weeks, I was able to claim for my stolen bike. Reviewed on: 16th July 2023

Cycleplan helped ease the pain of a stolen bike!

A sentimental bike was stolen, thankfully it was insured - though I can't replace the bike, Cycleplan was very clear and helpful on guiding me through the claim process. They were responsive, and I was able to make a claim with no hitches! Reviewed on: 1st June 2023
