Excellent Customer Service

All the staff are friendly, professional, helpful and understanding. Everytime I have spoken with a staff member, they are courteous and will look to resolve an issue or seek help from a colleague. In all the years I have been with Notts Credit Union, I have never encounteted rudeness or unprofessionalism from anyone. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023
