Claim review Day 1- Misinformation

Despite giving full details, I was firstly told the policy didn't exist- the contact Tel referred to Motor ins not Buildings and Contents. Told policy didn't cover burst pipe repair- told it's like wear and tear to a mobile phone. Completely incorrect and misleading, when in fact we have Emergency Home Cover with Admiral contract-i was told to go and deal with the Sedgwick company, as a third party outsourced service.All very unhelpful when dealing with the emergency. Claims should be single point contact, and know exactly what's covered, and how to proceed with claim and required actions. Hope the rest of the claims process goes more smoothly. To be continued. ..
