non fault accident claim

I had a no-fault accident where another driver reversed into my car. I had just stopped after reversing. All on CCTV. This happened last September( 2022). Had my car repaired 3 months later.. Now into June 2023 and still not further. Axa kept asking me to acept a 50/50 claim ( I refused) only to find out the other driver is also insured with them. I have recieved no up dates nor any calls from AXA. I have had to consistently ring them. Service is absolutely awful and would advise anyone to consider taking out any insurance with this company.
