They are better than bank providers at looking after consumer protections.

They are better than bank providers at looking after consumer protections. Online retailers that offer PayPal knows they have to play fair and even though I buy mostly pc parts that have 2% failure rate that is still a lot of faulty products, if bought with a bank card it would be pure hassle to return faulty goods but not through PayPal disputes which is just a great way to do business.
