Friendly team

Had one of the team members ring because the system said I missed my first payment. Told the gentleman on the phone I had paid, he emailed me so he could see the screenshot of the payment going out so that he could chase it. Money sorted and went onto my account by the end of the working day (he rung Friday and was sorted at Monday) Reviewed on: 9th June 2023
