Fast! Flawless! Friendly! Facilitate! Fantastic!

I honestly wouldn’t of been able to give my children a Christmas if it wasn’t for Notts & lincs credit Union, They wasn’t judgmental and made me feel so at ease. I actually couldn’t believe how Fast it was from start to finish! I was in a bad car crash with my children last year my children were very lucky to get out with minor cuts and bruising but I unfortunately didn’t get so lucky.. I have life changing injuries which have left me disabled I went from working & helping patients At hospital to being the patient myself. With no income being off sick I was dreading Christmas!! They already had had such a rubbish year & because of Notts & Lincs credit union they managed to have the most magical Christmas ever!! The customer service I have had has been so amazing and I have recommended them to everyone and will continue to do so! .Sorry for the long story!! Reviewed on: 9th June 2023
