Review of the Vitality, Health Insurance:

First impressions dreadful

Things seemed to start off well. I was told a physio would call me regarding my problem. However the physio that called did not deal with my specific issue. She also said they kept receiving lots of incorrect referrals from Vitality. Complained to vitality and received a further call this morning with the names of 2 physiotherapists I could call. I called one and they no longer work with vitality. Also I haven’t received the email which was promised. Based on this and reading the other reviews on here I would not recommend - look elsewhere.
