When I contacted payplan many years ago I was at rock bottom absolutely sick with worry about my debt. They made me feel life is worth living again!! And never made me feel I was a failure for getting into debt...quite the opposite with only kind words and non judgemental view.Nothingg too much trouble and always ready to help when needed.
