Understanding when you needed it.

I got into difficulty with huge bills and barely survived COVID. Seriously there were days i didn't want to get up and some I just wanted to walk in the river. Thankfully I didn't do something like that but financial health really affects mental health. I reached out and got an adviser at PayPlan who could not have been more understanding and we worked together what I could manage to pay back to sort out my outstanding debts. First of all the accumulating interest was stopped. I've been making the regular monthly payments, sometimes more when I can to try and get everything paid off. In times of crisis it's so easy to get yourself in a mess but to have an understanding company that you can turn to without fear of shame is just wonderful. I thank them for getting my life back on the right track and soon to have repaid everything I owe. Reviewed on: 14th June 2023
