Couldn't have coped without PayPlan

Following a huge hike in credit card interest rates 5 years ago I found myself in a position financially where I just didn't know which way to turn to solve it. I had really only considered bankruptcy as a solution but after researching the Internet realised there were other options. I contacted PayPlan because they were mentioned often, and their site was easy to understand and move around. They took the burden and worry out of my hands by coming to a very reasonable payment scheme based on my earnings, and negotiating with my creditors. I was working at 2 jobs, 1 full time 1 part-time, and was on track to pay off all my debts within 5 or 6 years. However, unfortunately I had to retire from working both jobs due to a sudden, very serious health/mobility issue. This worried me, because I knew I would have a very limited income and would not be able to maintain my planned debt clearance. PayPlan reassessed my payments based on my very much reduced income, and again dealt with the creditors. I simply have to ensure I pay the monthly payments as agreed, update my budget annually, and I am completely free of worrying about debts. All the PayPlan advisors i interacted with were, without exception, most helpful, understanding and non-judgemental. They made a situation that initially I was ashamed about, seem quite a normal everyday, matter of fact occurrence, and I am deeply grateful for all their help.
