Right people at the right time

Background- covid happened and we both lost our jobs, the debt mounted quickly. I contacted several places for help but everyone wanted me to sell the house I lived in to pay the debt back. Payplan had two initial talks with me where they were very clear on what to expect, they highlighted all documentation they needed from me. They took the stress off me near enough immediately. The best thing they did was talk to the creditors. Their app is easy to use you don’t need to rely on calling or emailing them you can leave a message on the app and the response within that day. My advisor was incredibly polite she understood the situation whenever I need to change my plan they were more than accommodating. When I finally became employed they waited and pushed back the date of my annual assessment till I was being paid they didn’t push to change the payment amount from the date I started the new job. They understood that I had to under take a few for expenses due to applying and starting the job and waited till I was ready to change the plan again Reviewed on: 15th June 2023
