The wrost bank and customer service ever!

The worst customer service ever. Real-time waisters! To get through to customer service you have to wait for at least 30 min on the phone (!) and then they can't help you with anything. I was misled for a month calling them several times and was given different answers every single time just to at the end find out that they can't actually help me. Have they told me that with my first call, I would have switched straight away to a different bank, not wasting weeks! The whole thin... Reviewed on: 15th June 2023
