Always happy to help but need to rethink child benefit

Always happy to help. Sometimes not great service in terms of managing finances as it includes child benefit as an income for debt management even though thats not my money its my sons. Other than that great Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Amazing Support

I was struggling with debt once covid hit, i lost my job due to the company shutting down due to covid and i could no longer afford to pay for my car finance, my credit card or to pay my loan off as I had to claim universal credit as it was hard to find a job during lockdown. Payplan really helped me with a debt management plan which is reviewed every 12 months to increase or decrease my payments depending on my situation. It gave me a lot of relief of stress which I was going through and I already suffer with depression and anxiety so they made the process a lot easier. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023
