Helpful and proactive

I was hugely embarassed to be in the position i was but payplan reassured me abd set about a detailed afgordable budget. From there they contacted all creditors and deal with any issues. They contact me with reviews when required and have planned in a meeting with a mortgage advisor to assist with my mortgage rate coming to an end. Theyve made a horrible situation more manageable and calm. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023
