Battled for years with spiralling debt with no idea how to fix things, a few weeks after having a full and frank conversation with Payplan and I'm set with a fixed plan to stop the rot and get me back on track in ways I didn't realise were available. Highly recommend. The only criticism I can give is that the advisors are much more attentive and easy to talk to before your plan is set up, after you feel more like a number, but in reality you rarely need to speak to them.
