Consisten and helpful

PayPlan have helped me get my debts on track to repayment. They have been consistently communicative and very accomodating and understanding when I have had unprecedented financial problems. They have paused my account, ammended my budget nd been easily contactable during these times. The app perhaps isn't particualrly user freindly and they have not always been very efficient at contacting my creditors on my behvalf regarding any financial changes. These are minor things and I would still reommend their services. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023
