World class customer service to those in need.

By far some of the best customer service I have ever received. Not only do they offer free help and assistance to people struggling in dire situations, they do it with honesty, empathy, clarity and care. A fantastic service by fantastic people. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Lifesavers

Talking about financial trouble is hard. It's not part of everyday life or conversation, and so when you find yourself struggling with debt, the shame that goes with it means you don't look for help. That only makes the situation worse. PayPlan were there for me right from the beginning, offering impartial, helpful and above all judgement free advice. They have helped me get my finances in order and my life back on track. I would shout their name from the rooftops if I could, so others know that there's genuine help out there.
