An amazing support team during an incredibly hard time

Falling into debt was the most terrifying thing for me, and the stress was unreal as I worried about how I was going to get out of it. PayPlan were incredibly supportive and made me see a viable way out. I particularly loved the ability to speak via WhatsApp, as I get very anxious during phone calls and struggle to voice what I need to.
