A fantastic organisation and so grateful for them

My experience with Payplan has been nothing but positive. Payplan is backed by a team of determined, kind and supportive individuals who have helped me to get my finances back in order. During my initial assessment I was acquainted with a lovely lady who listened to my history, took the time in recording all my debts and discussing my monthly outgoings. I was recommended a DMT which I have been able To commit to thanks to the reviews on my outgoings. I love that there is an app to be able to see my progress, as well as a detailed summary each year. The team works hard in the background to talk with creditors and assist with letters. The app is so useful as well to be able to scan documentation to send them. I found that I didn’t have to speak with my creditors much during the process and sorting out my DMP did not cause me distress.
