I have thought about using a debt management company for a while, I spoke with two prior to payplan and both of the companies did not fill me with confidence, I did not believe they put my interests or needs first however payplan didn’t only give me confidence in them they helped to relax me, make me feel like I was in charge of my application and felt comfortable that they were doing everything in my best interest and not just a gain for them. I would only recommend payplan to friends and family over any other company within the same field Reviewed on: 16th June 2023
