My Bank forwarded my details to Pay Plan to help me as I was in Financial Difficulty. They were amazing. Very fast to touch with me. Explained everything clearly and simply and we’re fast to find the right plan for me and get that into place. It has helped me deal with this cost of living crisis and given me breathing space to look for other Employment which would offer me a better salary. They were very sympathetic and really supportive, non judgemental and made me feel so much better about things. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023
