I have been so worried about me finantial difficulties, never thought I could sort them but having been advised of this support I contacted them. They were so helpful and explained everything to me. They didn't judge me and they understood I had never been in this situation before. I was in such a state but all the advisors were si friendly and put my mind at ease even after they sorted the payments out to my creditors they were there to support me when I recived threatening letters again putting me at ease. I don't know what I would have done without their support and understanding. So polite, never thought they could be so understanding as I was really struggling to comprehend how I got to the situation I had gotten myself into.
