Took something terrifying and made it ok

I went from feeling lost, tons of shame, and anxious to pick up the phone because of my poor choices with money and the debt I made for myself, to supported and helped with not just making payments simple, but they contact banks, give options on how to proceed, froze interest. They took something hard and made it simple whilst still maintaining the importance of the situation Reviewed on: 16th June 2023
