Before I made that first contact to payplan I was suffering severely with anxiety and panic attacks. I was out of work. I had a few small debts which were getting bigger as I couldn’t afford to pay them without my work wage. The first person I spoke to from payplan was extremely helpful, informative and made it very easy to talk to. The set up was quicker than expected and I no longer have to make contact with any of the lenders I owe money to (a massive weight off my shoulders). If I have any questions I can text or call pretty much any time I want and I’ve never been waiting long for them to answer to help me with my worries. I would fully advise anyone who is struggling to financially repay debt to contact payplan and do not leave it any longer!
