Empathetic and sensible advice.

PayPlan were a breath of fresh air after talking to other similar companies who wanted to keep huge chunks of the money I was able to pay each month. Their business model is much fairer and means the people they are helping can reduce their debt much quicker. Everyone I spoke to was kind, empathetic, patient and gave unbiased advice that had my best interests and wishes at heart. I didn't feel pushed at any point and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
